Toni is a proud Baylor Bear who graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing & Management. Sic ’em!

With 25+ years of expertise in cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, and IT services, she specializes in delivering secure, innovative solutions that enhance security posture and drive operational excellence. At INDSync Technologies, they have launched a new IT Services Division, leading a full rebrand and building an Inside Sales Program to drive growth. Toni’s career spans leadership roles in sales, marketing, disaster response, and education, with a proven track record of transforming strategies, fostering client trust, and achieving measurable results. Trusted by CFOs and CIOs, she brings strategic insight and hands-on experience to help organizations safeguard assets, streamline operations, and achieve business goals with confidence.

Toni’s career has been a hands-on journey of learning, growth, and practical experience. With over two decades of expertise in sales, marketing, disaster response, and education, she’s embraced every opportunity to expand her knowledge and skills. At iHeartMedia and Xerox, she honed her ability to craft innovative strategies and close deals, while her role as a FEMA Housing Inspector taught her the importance of on-the-ground problem-solving and empathy in disaster recovery. Teaching at Trinity Classical School allowed her to inspire young minds through a classical curriculum, blending education with real-world application. Whether mentoring, leading teams, or tackling challenges head-on, Toni is passionate about learning through action and making a meaningful impact. She is also honored to serve on the Women in Leadership Advisory Board at Houston Christian University, where she continues to grow and contribute to the next generation of leaders.

Toni is happily married to her amazing husband, Steve, and they are the proud parents of two incredible daughters. Their family also includes two beloved dogs, Wallace, a sweet Great Pyrenees/Lab mix, and Luna, a spirited Border Collie. They keep life fun and full of surprises!

When Toni’s not working, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or diving into creative art projects. She is also passionate about giving back to her community and building meaningful connections. Toni says life’s too short not to savor the little moments and make a positive impact!

On Toni’s bucket list, she has a dream of visiting the museums in the Netherlands. Exploring the works of Rembrandt, Van Gogh, and Vermeer is a goal that inspires her and fuels her passion for chasing new adventures.
